The Guildhall is everything you could imagine for the fairy-tale wedding ceremony that dreams are made of. Replete with ancient features, this 13th Century listed building has the romance and charm that will make such a wonderful impact on such a special occasion. Set amid the beautiful grounds of Priory Park, the backdrop for your wedding photos could hardly be more spectacular.
Facilities and capacity
With natural light flooding in, your walk down the aisle will be one of the highlights of a wonderful day. The Guildhall has a capacity for up to 110 seated guests with the option for white chair covers, red carpet and table for the signing of the register.
Services offered
The Guildhall is for exclusive use as they only allow one wedding per day. Once your ceremony has finished, there is the option to use the venue for canapés and informal drinks. A dedicated wedding co-ordinator will provide you with all of the assistance you will need to have the perfect wedding ceremony.

We have two different package options to choose from - our Diamond and Classic package.
Included in the classic package:
. Exclusive hire of the venue for 5 hours on your wedding day
. Chivari chair seating for up to 110 guests
. Clothed registrars table
. Interior red aisle runners and carpeted ceremonial area
. Roped area of the park for exclusivity and personalised signs outside
. A dedicated wedding co-ordinator on hand throughout the organisation of your wedding day and on the day itself
. PA system and speakers
Included in the Diamond Package is everything as above plus:
. Exclusive hire of the venue between 9am-6pm on your wedding day
. 2 hours the day before your wedding for set-up and rehearsal
. Opportunity for toasting drinks and canapés after the ceremony with no corkage charge
. 4 clothed catering tables
. Flexibility regarding belongings collection the next working day
