Amazing venue, amazing staff, amazing food, amazing day!Amazing venue, amazing staff, amazing food, amazing day!
We got married at The Italian Villa 2 weeks ago and it was the best day ever in every aspect. The staff are phenomenal and so professional, from Hannah who helped us plan aspects, to Drew and Steph who enabled the smooth running of the day, to the service provided by the catering team it was amazing. We found it was such good value for money and they went out their way to help us with everything. Beyond that, the venue is perfect, having 3 floors and beautiful gardens. There is nothing I would change about our wedding day, mainly down to how good our venue was and how smoothly our wedding day ran. Thank you so much! Craziest day of my life!Craziest day of my life!
Had an amazing day. It so quickly, so make sure you treasure every moment. My venue could not do enough for me in the lee up to my big day as well as on the day. Me and my husband always had a drink and food was set aside for us. Had an amazing day. It so quickly, so make sure you treasure every moment. Outstanding wedding venue! Outstanding wedding venue!
We had our wedding here back in June 2018 and it was simply the perfect day! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food was incredible and recieved so many compliments! The Italian Villa - what can we say other than amazing! It really was the perfect special day – we loved it from the moment we arrived until we left at 1AM – It all fell into place and all the planning paid off - it really was the best wedding we could ever imagine. So so happy. We have thanked the team that supported on the day but please pass our thank you's to all the people involved back and front of house – everyone raved about the food – the quality – the quantities – the room looked perfect to us - the fireworks a surprise for Jake were the cherry on the icing of the cake . Thank you so very much for all your help – we could not have done it without you – thank you as well for making it all so easy and nothing was too much trouble!The Italian Villa - what can we say other than amazing! UK wedding venue of the year!UK wedding venue of the year!
I know this place wins 'Dorset Wedding venue of the Year' regularly, but it really should win 'UK Wedding venue of the Year'! I really can't recommend it enough or do justice to the place with a few words. It was perfect. The venue itself is perfectly set up as a physical and beautiful, practical and spacious building, the gardens are inspirational and our guests really appreciated the opportunity to walk round them as part of their experience that day, the food was absolutely amazing - gourmet catering for over 100 people, the management made it easy for us in the build up and on the day, the staff were professional, well trained, friendly and lovely... As a personal experience as the bride, it couldn't have gone better or easier. And as a wedding guest experience I have only had effusive positive praise about the place. Thank you Italian Villa and everyone - please do use this venue, it was all-round brilliant. Hello Frankie, Chris and I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help in ensuring everything went to plan last Sunday; from replying to our many questions via email over the last three years, always being at the end of the phone, to ensuring the numerous dietary requirements our guests had would be catered for. We can’t thank you and the villa team enough, our meal was beautiful and lots of people commented and said it was the best roast they’d ever had and that the dessert exceeded their expectations. We couldn’t have wished for a better day and we are so grateful to yourself and the team who always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect on the day. We just had our wedding here on the 7th August and we don’t know where to begin thanking the team at the Italian Villa. From start to finish we felt so comfortable knowing the whole day was in the teams hands, our day manager Drew was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough with EVERYTHING and made us feel so so well looked after! The day honestly couldn’t have gone any better and we thank you so much! On behalf of my partner Sam and I we would like to say a huge thank you to all of the team at the Italian Villa and Beales Gourmet. We really can't explain just how fantastic the whole planning process has been. Since the first moment we visited, we have been given such high-quality service; we showed up with no notice and were given an excellent tour which immediately secured our decision. From that day forward we have received fast and regular communication which was so easy as you emailed us and we could plan and make decisions together in the evenings without calls during our working day. The attention to detail really made such a difference, whether organising our menu and catering for every single dietary need or writing down every plan during the stationary handover, all of the staff gave us their time and understanding. When the day came I was so excited to see all of the ideas and plans come together so effectively. Aphra was absolutely superb and gave us the support we needed so that we were not overwhelmed but made sure that we had time to be together. Our friends and family were treated as part of the process and were listened to, with every request being met. The service was so professional whilst feeling personal and relaxed, meaning we could enjoy the day with our guests. I even had a tray of canapes brought to me by Aphra whilst being photographed in the gardens which was so thoughtful! Aphra was also brilliant at guiding our own MC without 'stepping on his toes'and made sure that everything ran smoothly despite the copious glasses of prosecco! The food was so well cooked and every single person I spoke to mentioned how delicious it was and how beautiful it looked on the plate (particularly dessert!). I knew that this would be a highlight as Beales Gourmet have such a brilliant reputation... You have really made our dreams come true and we are so sad it is now over!
