Description

The Orangery Settrington holds just 12 weddings each year. The venue is booked for exclusive use and can accommodate large numbers for ceremonies and dining of up to 165. For couples with numbers in excess of this, there are options to place dining marquees within the grounds. The Orangery is a large building, with the ability to be sectioned off according to your requirements. Viewings of the venue are by appointment only.

The Orangery is truly unique in its approach to assisting with the organisation of our couples' wedding days. Those booking the venue have the freedom of styling the room without having to work around any dictating colours or furniture. Our caterers will create a menu specifically designed to our customers requirements, with an opportunity to sample food and wine selections in advance of their wedding day.

The Orangery is an exclusive venue which holds up to 12 weddings per year. Access to the venue is allowed during the week leading up to the wedding and the day after at your leisure, to collect any gifts and personal items. You will have your own dedicated Events Manager from the moment you book your wedding. Everything is bespoke and nothing is too much trouble for the team.

Nothing was too much trouble! Nothing was too much trouble!
It's a very special and unique venue with stunning grounds and beautiful interiors. We knew that the gardens would be lush and green and the interior of the venue would look beautiful with the summer light streaming through the big windows. The Orangery staff made the wedding planning easy and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble. The Orangery is the perfect venue with a knowledgeable, kind and genuine team. The Orangery only holds 12 weddings a year and they like each couple to have their undivided attention in the run up to your day. There are very few venues that offer what they do - they are truly amazing!It's a very special and unique venue with stunning grounds and beautiful interiors. Dream venue Dream venue
We got married at the orangery this May and it honestly was the best day or our lives. The wedding coordinators at the venue ensured everything ran smoothly. I don’t know where to start. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful and is uniquely different to anywhere else we looked at in the area, we knew instantly it was ‘the one’. It’s highly versatile, has plenty of character and most certainly has the WOW factor, our guests definitely agreed with us. Karen, Sara and Jane, were all absolutely amazing. My dream wedding wouldn’t have happened without them. From the very beginning of planning to the very end, they were always there with great advice (I used several of their recommendations for other suppliers and was not disappointed with any). They really went above and beyond to make our wedding very special, not a single detail was missed and I completely trusted them, which made me feel at ease during the planning and on the day itself. I cannot recommend The Orangery enough! A first class wedding venue in Yorkshire.I don’t know where to start. We had the most amazing wedding at The Orangery.The Orangery and the grounds are beautiful. The grounds have lots of little garden areas which are really impressive. One of the bridesmaids described it as having a secret garden feel. The venue really is a hidden gem and completely different to most Yorkshire wedding venues. The cottage on site is also beautiful and very convenient to stay prior to the wedding- it made the wedding morning feel even more special and took away all the stress of getting to the venue. Finally the team, Sara, Jane and Karen were so organised and helpful at every stage of the planning process. They really ensured the day went smoothly and we really cannot thank them enough for helping us to have the most memorial and special day of our lives. Overall we cannot recommend a better venue to get married at. We had the most amazing wedding at The Orangery.The Orangery and the grounds are beautiful. We had the most perfect and magical wedding at The Orangery. It was a complete dream come true and was even more perfect than we could have hoped for. The Orangery itself and the grounds are immaculate and completely stunning, we genuinely don’t think there is anywhere else like it for a country wedding. We stayed in the cottage on site over the wedding weekend and that was amazing, so convenient and easy and again beautiful inside and out. Not only is the setting and venue gorgeous but the team, Sara and Jane, are amazing from start to finish. They are organized, efficient, helpful, kind and supportive and I don’t know what we would have done without them to guide us through the wedding process. The Orangery at Settrington is simply stunning! From the moment we visited, we loved the venue and nothing else we had seen in Yorkshire compared. Jane, Sara and Karen were fantastic to work with and they couldn't have done enough for us to ensure we had the perfect day. We wish we could go back and do it all again! I couldn’t have wished for anything more. We had the most amazing day with everything taken care of and nothing too much trouble.
