We photographed our first ever wedding at Tyn Dwr Hall recently and already we cannot wait to go back! Poppy and her team were so accommodating to us and all the suppliers and the location is simply superb - a photographers dream! We loved how there is a beautiful old building couple with a contemporary building - both offer beautiful photo opportunities. Katie and Den's day was fantastic and it was all because of the amazing venue and the fantastic staff. Highly recommended for any couple considering this wonderful Welsh wedding venue. Where to start..... In one sentence - The most perfect wedding venue. We got married Saturday 5th May 2018. The hottest bank holiday on record and the most gorgeous wedding! Myself, bridesmaids and my mum stayed the evening before and that was where it all started - the hall was all ready to go with lots of prep already taking place, staff were on hand to help with anything we needed. The Cottage was just perfect and there were lots of little treats left for us to enjoy the night before. The morning of the wedding, we were sadly let down by our hair and make up artist (Brides worst nightmare other than the groom not turning up!) 6 of us left in the lurch, Tyn Dwr Hall sprung into action - a whole lot of rollers purchased pre-8am by the lovely Poppy and by 9am we had a make up artist and hair dressers on route! Poppy and the team sorted us out in no time. Crisis averted. We enjoyed absolutely every minute of our wedding at Tyn Dwr and so did all of our guests. The venue is absolutely breathtaking on it's own, let alone the attention to detail the staff put into weddings. We had comments on the day "we didn't really understand why you were getting married so far away from home but now that we're here we see why" and "best wedding we've ever been to". Everything was absolutely perfect and we cannot thank you enough. If you're looking to have the most amazing,outrageously gorgeous wedding just book Tyn Dwr Hall. You absolutely won't regret it. Kim, Tracey and the rest of the team looked after us from start to finish and made us feel so special. Kim went above and beyond to help us and our guests and we felt like she really made an effort to get to know us. We were lucky enough to have 2 nights in this exclusive and stunning venue. The staff want you to feel like it is 'yours' and we loved feeling like Lord & Lady of the manor during our stay. Everything has been done to the highest standard and it most definitely has the wow factor to it! The team at Wild Garlic were equally fantastic. Guests commented on how attentive and discreet the staff were and how impressive the food was. We had the perfect wedding day in the perfect place. We can't thank you enough Tyn Dwr! This has to rate as one of the most breathtakingly beautiful wedding venues I have ever seen. Fabulous and professional wedding team, wonderful attention to detail and utterly stunning setting. A heartfelt huge thank you to everyone of the staff and team at the breath taking Tyn Dwr Hall, for helping to make our daughter, Laura and our new son in law Franck's, wedding reception so magical. Everyone of our guests were blown away. Also the caterers, 'Wild Garlic' - their food was SO delicious and tasty, and very filling. We were so very lucky in being treated by the Bride and Groom, to spend the wedding night in one of their three Bridal Suites. Oh my goodness, we have never spent a night in a stately home until that night �. We certainly made use of the room's bath in front of wonderful views through the window. Everyone was so very passionate about their 'jobs', as it showed. They were very courteous and polite. We could go on and on. Very warm wishes and thank you for such happy memories. We got married at Tyn Dwr on 12th February 2018- just WOW - it really was our perfect day! Words can't describe how amazing this venue is and the location is absolutely stunning. A huge thank you to all of the staff who really do go above and beyond to make sure you have the best day, nothing is too much trouble! The day ran so smoothly from start to finish - myself and Jamie were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our special day in the capable hands of the Tyn Dwr team. We've had so many comments from our guests on how beautiful the venue is and how much they enjoyed our day. It was fabulous!It was fabulous!
Loved doing hair and make up at this fabulous wedding venue , brides definitely go and have a look around. I was really impressed with the room the bridal party where able to get ready in! So often the importance of this is over looked by wedding venues!!!! It was a huge space that felt like a salon it was fabulous!!!!Loved doing hair and make up at this fabulous wedding venue , brides definitely go and have a look around. Just arrived home from Tyn Dwr Hall. Wow what an amazing venue for a wedding. The whole venue is spectacular. The grounds, staff and building are fabulous. Lots of people say exactly the same as I am now but for anyone looking to book a wedding, you cannot go wrong with this venue. The catering Company wild garlic produced an amazing wedding breakfast with staff that are so professional. All the staff were friendly and were always on hand to answer or deal with any queries. Rooms are amazing with NO TV's in sight, which is so refreshing. It gives you time to take in the surroundings and peace without any interference. Breakfast was, again, fab served by very professional people. Thank you much to Tyn Dwr for making my daughter, Hannah Wilson and Alex Jones wedding an amazing experience.Just arrived home from Tyn Dwr Hall. Wow what an amazing venue for a wedding. We got married on the 12th November 2017 and the day was just magical, it really was one of the best days of our life's.We got married on the 12th November 2017 and the day was just magical, it really was one of the best days of our life's.
We live near London but I am originally from North Wales and grew up nearby so we knew we definitely wanted to get married in Wales but it was just finding the right venue, as soon as we saw Tyn Dwr hall A year ago we fell in love with it and booked the venue for the following year. It it just magical and the attention to detail is just fantastic and believe me we looked at a lot of wedding venues and this one just stood out by a mile. Poppy our wedding coordinator and manager was just amazing from start to finish, she was on hand to answer my numerous emails and phone calls and made sure the day was perfect. She really is a credit to the Tyn Dwr Hall team and I couldn't of asked for anyone better. The wedding itself was just out of this world, a lot of my friends and family travelled from London and said Tyn Dwr Hall was just breathtaking, it is out of this world, even my family and friends from North Wales said it was one of the most beautiful venues they have seen. From the little touches to when I was getting my hair and make done canapés and prosecco were being served to me just made me feel so special and when I was walking down the stairs and all the staff stood by the hall way to watch me come down the stairs made me feel like a princess for the day. The day was very well structured and organised. A big thank you goes out to wild garlic the catering team, the manager from there was great, she worked so hard with her team and a lot of people commented how friendly and hard working she was. I had a lot of people who wanted particular requests and they were all dealt with efficiently and effectively. The night time buffet cart was so different and quirky and we absolutely loved it. Also a big thank you goes out to Tracey she was amazing as well. In fact the whole staff were fabulous so We would like to thank each and every one of you for making our day so wonderful and special.
