From intimate wedding breakfasts and tear-jerking ceremonies with just 10 guests, to magnificent receptions of up to 180 guests, your wedding at Warwick Castle will be a truly memorable and unique day. Our dedicated and experienced team will ensure that you have the big day you have always dreamed of. We offer ceremonies indoors and out, followed by a traditional wedding breakfast and reception or a more informal Hog Roast or buffet, all in the heart of the Castle. Dance the night away before putting your feet up in your very own Tower Suite.
Our packages brochure will give you plenty of ideas to get your wedding planning underway. However we pride ourselves on creating bespoke wedding packages for every couple. Just let us know your minimum guest numbers, an ideal date, and any plans for your big day, and we’ll do the rest for you!

We really do have the best job, seeing couples faces light up when they first come to visit us, and then again when they see the castle set up in all its finery on their big day! Every wedding is a big deal to us, and a special relationship is made between our team and our couples as we plan your wedding together. The venue, the Jester and the fighting Mannequin Knights made it so memorable for us and our guests! We know there are lots of other wedding venues but we don't think any could match Warwick Castle!Our wedding at Warwick Castle was just amazing. - SSara14/11/2017Amazing venue, great staff and value Amazing venue, great staff and valueWe booked the smaller, Intimately Yours wedding package, which fitted within our budget, and although we were probably not the biggest wedding ever held at the Castle, we were made to feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Prior to the wedding we had ample interaction with our events organiser including menu tasting and seeing the Tower Suites so we could decide which one we wanted to stay in on the Big Day. On the day itself, we were met promptly by the Tower Suites concierge and was helped with our belongings. During the day and the staff handovers, we were still checked on and any requests were met with no problems. The Ceremony Room (the Library) and the State Dining Room were laid-out as specified and we were overwhelmed by their appearance. After the Ceremony, we were taken over to the peacock garden for drinks and nibbles (we requested a change to have nibbles rather than canapes - the pork scratching were amazing!) before watching a Birds of Prey display, which amazed all of our guests, and ourselves. Following photographs in the courtyard with our guests, we settled down for 3-course dinner. The food was excellent, as was the service, which was commented on by guests. Nothing seemed to small for the staff to deal with, who were very attentive. The staff assisted our guests with arranging taxis home, as well as ferrying those with mobility difficulties in a buggy across the grounds during the day. At the end of the night, we had nothing to worry about as our guests were looked after and our gifts etc were kept safe whilst we spent the night in the Tower Suites, which is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend the night in a Castle. In summary, we spent two years arranging our wedding, and the staff in the lead up and on the day made it even more special than imagined. We chose the fairy-tale package, with no charges for ‘extras’ such as table and knife for the cake. Costs in the per guest price, covered use of the castle staterooms, orangery and gardens, and the staff maximised this fully for our benefit. Preparation was faultless and fun. The wedding planning team were a delight to work with. On the day attention to detail was superb. Our pre-wedding meeting room with the registrar was beautifully dressed. Nothing was too much trouble for our resplendent master of ceremonies to ensure both ourselves and the guests had a wonderful time. The incredibly beautiful photographs taken do not do justice to the rooms used for the ceremony, registrars meeting, the state rooms for the canapes. The Great Hall was used for the wedding breakfast. WOW and OMG…medieval swords and armour set against the stone walls of the castle, with a simple candelabra table dressing, the room was breath-taking. The food was delicious, to cut the cake we used an antique sword. An excellent disco till 1am was included in the wedding package price, tailored to include our requests. The castle staff even played top trumps with the children! Our wedding was magical, thoroughly modern, and fun. I cannot recommend Warwick castle more whole heartedly, they truly delivered our fairy-tale wedding. In my opinion, Warwick Castle must be one of the best wedding venues in the country. From the moment of my first chat with Ruth she went out of her way to make sure that we had a package that suited us and was very accommodating and helpful with answering our questions and from the outset which secured in my mind that I wanted to have it here. Every single person at the castle who we have dealt with has gone over and above, and as wedding planning was 100% not for me I couldn’t have done it without their support – it was all worth it in the end! Our friends and family all said how fantastic the venue looked and they were right it looked truly incredible with the lights and decorations still up from Christmas – I would recommend a winter wedding to anybody. Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
A fantastic couple hosted a Harry Potter wedding in our Great Hall! They had planned their day meticulously and the amount of detail was very impressive, they had thought of everything! Each guest had a personalised wand instead of a place card, and the table plan was a huge Marauders map, the list goes on! They even had a banquet style wedding breakfast, with long tables in each house colour!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Your wedding is about you as a couple and you should not have to compromise on what you want. Too many couples make decisions based on what they think their guests will want them to do but you want to look back on your wedding day and have no regrets!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The groom had his new step-son help make and decorate their wedding cake, without telling him what it was for! They only told their children on the day that they were getting married!

We are most proud of our dedicated and experienced team who are so passionate about the castle and using it to its full potential. They truly make weddings and events a jaw-dropping and unforgettable experience.
