Your own manor house for the day. You don’t have to mind the neighbours as we are surrounded by fields and cows. Organise a lavish dinner in the wood-panelled drawing room, host a champagne reception on the fountain terrace, enjoy a delicious barbeque in The Loggia Garden. Whatever you decide Whatley Manor will be exclusively yours for the day! For 50-120 guests we request exclusive use of the hotel, exclusive use starts from £13,000 with a minimum spend on food and beverage from £5000. Whatley Manor Exclusive Use includes; • 23 luxurious bedrooms and suites sleeping up to 50 guests • Full English and continental breakfast for all guests • Use of all the hotel lounges and facilities • Use of all event rooms including 40 seat cinema • Use of gardens and grounds • Use of the Aquarias Spa • Exclusive hire from 3pm on the day of arrival to midday on day of departure with no “closing time” for the bar • Table hire and all white linen The Aquarias Spa has its own private entrance will remain open to our spa members and a small number of spa guests however they are made aware they cannot use the house or hotel grounds. If you would like exclusive use of the spa, this will be an additional £3000. Extras included for the couple • Suite the night before the wedding • Menu tasting including wines • VIP Spa treatment for the couple Guests staying at Whatley Manor With 23 rooms we can accommodate 46 guests based on double occupancy, and we have an additional number of extra beds accommodating up to 50 guests. For those guests not able to stay at Whatley Manor we can recommend local hotels in the area which are within a 5 minute drive. Wedding ceremony We have several options for the ceremony • Gazebo on the grand lawn (outdoor) • Loggia garden (outdoor) • The Drawing Room • The Reception Hall

We would like to thank you for helping us have the most amazing wedding celebration, we could not have been happier and the reaction from our friends and family was exactly what we wanted and you deserve. Without exception they had the best time and an experience they will remember forever, exactly what we wanted. It was always our wish that it was more than just Will and I getting married, we wanted it to be a truly magical experience and it most certainly was. Holly - from our initial booking to the day itself, she made this experience easy and stress free and that is the highest compliment we can give because weddings are stressful but we can honestly say we enjoyed the experience and we never felt stressed or worried about how the day would unfold, it just seemed to happen with perfection. Never once did Holly look anything other than totally in control and oozed confidence. We didn’t worry because Holly wasn’t worried. Holly, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts along with Dan for making it the very special day it was. I know hospitality and customer service is your business but getting it right is much much easier said than done but you did. A magical wedding venueA magical wedding venue
On May 18th My son married his partner at Whatley Manor. The whole experience was faultless. The hotel and grounds are stunning. The bedrooms are large and very well appointed. The communal rooms are well kept and quietly comforting. The staff are friendly and nothing was too much for them. The cuisine is exceptional. There is a large car park. My brother and sister-in-law had trouble with their taxi service at the end of the evening. No problem, as the Operations Manager, Dan, drove them to their hotel. My Son and His Bride had their Wedding Reception Here Excellent Rooms ,Food and Service..In fact the Perfect Wedding Venue . Rooms for the Family and Many Guests were of Very High Standard. Expensive as one would expect but well worth the cost. Wonderful Gardens. My Son and His Bride had their Wedding Reception Here Excellent Rooms ,Food and Service..In fact the Perfect Wedding Venue . Truely amazing Wedding experienceTruely amazing Wedding experience
My family friends had their wedding hosted in this exceptional hotel and we had the whole place to ourselves on a Sunday. From arrival to departure everything was perfect, staff members were polite and attentive, everyone had an excellent time. There is definitely a lot of positive energy around this place, and you can really feel it once you have arrived. If you are looking for something different in the area look no further!My family friends had their wedding hosted in this exceptional hotel and we had the whole place to ourselves on a Sunday. Simply the most amazing daySimply the most amazing day
We booked Whatley because we are regulars to the hotel and know the staff and the venue very well. Everything was organised to a tee and our wedding day was the most magical day of my life. We got married in the sunshine at the gazebo and had a delicious dinner in our dining room.
