This exclusive wedding venue, set in the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, is licensed for outdoor and indoor civil ceremonies, either in the medieval barns, or outside under an ancient archway known as The Loggia. The wedding team will assist in creating your perfect wedding day and will ensure every guest enjoys professional and welcoming service. The Bride and Groom can enjoy the complimentary bridal suite after the festivities have ended while 16 other guests can share the remaining accommodation on-site.

The perfect wedding venueThe perfect wedding venue
We visited a lot of venues before finally finding Caswell. We knew it was the perfect venue when we visited their open day - not only does it have beautiful, intimate barns, accommodation for guests, and amazing grounds, but you can really tell that it's a family-run business. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. We didn't have to lift a finger in the run-up to the wedding, we just told them our vision and they managed to create it. Various friends and family keep commenting about how lovely the venue was. We can't thank them enough for helping create the best day of our lives. We visited a lot of venues before finally finding Caswell. We knew it was the perfect venue when we visited their open day - not only does it have beautiful, intimate barns, accommodation for guests, and amazing grounds, but you can really tell that it's a family-run business. From start to finish our wedding day was perfect; the team at Caswell House was so professional and organised that everything went smoothly and all we had to do was relax and enjoy the day! The venue was stunning, the atmosphere was lovely and the food was fantastic. Thank you so much to Hollie and everyone involved for making it such a wonderful experience. Caswell is the most amazing place that any couple could wish to get married! The gorgeous Cotswold barns are complimented by secret walled gardens, perfectly kept grounds and a picturesque moat. Kirsten and the team are brilliantly organised - everything on our day was taken care of without us having to think about a thing. Thanks!! We viewed a lot of venues in Oxfordshire and Caswell was head and shoulders. A massive thank you to the Caswell team who made our day more than we could have hoped for. Our wedding coordinator Nicky was exemplary and almost every single one of our 120 guests echoed this sentiment. Nothing was too much, unbelievably professional and impeccable attention to detail. Our service was completely personalised and we were made to feel at total ease from the first minute. Our wedding in August truly was the best day of our lives and this was all down the wonderful staff at Caswell House. From the moment we first looked round the stunning venue, Kirsten and her team couldn't have done anymore for us. The venue is beautiful, everything you could ask for your special day, and having the rooms on site for family/friends means you don't have to worry about accommodation and everything you need is on site. The team are truly wonderful, they are with you every step of the way, and the online system helps you plan your day to perfection. Indulgence are fabulous and they can cater for all needs, the food is so yummy. Everything about Caswell House is magical and Kirsten is simply the loveliest lady ever and makes you feel at ease about everything. Back in June 19 we were fortunate to get married in the beautiful grounds of caswell house. The moment we saw it we fell in love with it. From start to finish they were so welcoming helpful and the hardest working team. Knowing the most important day is in such great hands. It's great to have a named coordinator and we couldn't have asked for better in Nicky. Nothing was impossible, the day ran like a dream, she and the whole team were amazing with us and all our vendors. If your are looking for that family feel place set in the most stunning rustic setting look no further you won't be disappointed. It's worth a visit or like us 4, each time you go you'll see something new and amazing, the open day they run really gives a feel for the place with a great buzz. (and for this of you who dreamt of an outside space for a ceremony while the outside space is esquosite remember the weather is out of your control and the indoor alternative like in our case dare I say was even better) Thanks again to Nicky and all the amazing team that helped us have the most amazing day. When I reminisce and think back to our special day back in April this year, one of the main things that springs to mind was our stunning venue, Caswell House. Ever since I could remember, I always wanted to get married in a barn in the county side, with beautiful grounds close to water and I still pinch myself that I was luckily enough to get married here. The team from start to finish were faultless and it was without a doubt the venue of my dreams. Without Kirsten’s immaculate attention to detail and her calm and helpful nature, we wouldn’t have had the day we did without her. Thank you isn’t enough to express our gratitude but your help and support throughout meant so much to us. I would recommend Caswell House to any future bride and groom as they helped make such special memories that we will cherish forever. Can we do it all again next year?! Caswell house were absolutely perfect in engaging with us about our wedding, they had everything little thing down to the right detail and made our day run smoothly! The grounds at Caswell house are beautiful and the character is incredible! Nicky dealt with us in such a professional manner and kept everyone at ease. We had so many compliments about the venue and the food supplied by indulgence, the service was brilliant. If I could do it all over again I would choose Caswell house without a doubt! Caswell House have got the most seamless set up for an incredible wedding day. No ask was ever to big and they are incredibly adaptable to any vision you might have.
