For your special day our beautiful manor offers the perfect combination of style, service and exclusivity. The teamtake great pride in offering an outstanding experience, which highlights our meticulous attention to detail. We work with every couple on an individual basis to create a day that is completely personal to you. Coupled with our policy of complete exclusivity of the Manor we can ensure that you, and your guests are our sole focus. With a selection of suites available De Courceys Manor is fully licensed for civil ceremonies and marriages. By being able to offer such a selection of suites, the Manor can cater for weddings of all sizes; from small intimate gatherings of 20 guests up to large evening celebrations for 200. Finished to an enviably high standard, the apartment can comfortably accommodate 8 guests over 3 en-suite double rooms, including the Wedding suite, and a smaller bunk room which is perfect for any children attending the wedding. Designed specifically to feel as relaxed and exclusive as the manor itself the apartment also offers a large lounge area, beautiful cottage kitchen and woodland veranda. The cottages comprise of 7 double bedrooms, and 2 family bedrooms, perfect for your guests to relax and unwind. Our commitment to meet the precise needs of every guest that attends the manor, and our ability to create unique, fairytale wedding days has lead to us winning accolades that we are very proud of. When we left we were concerned that if all the venues were this good we would struggle to choose. From the moment we walked into De Courceys when we got engaged and started planning the wedding we were wowed. The team could not have been more helpful and accommodating! When we left we were concerned that if all the venues were this good we would struggle to choose. However after visiting a number of locations none compared to De Courceys. Throughout the planning the team were fantastic, answering any little question and advising us with their expertise whilst bearing in mind our requests. The head chef sat with us and designed our menu as a fusion of both of our nationalities making it unique to us. The manor itself is beautiful as well as the grounds making it the perfect spot for photos indoor and out. The team were incredibly helpful and were excellent in keeping us calm in the lead up. On the day the team were perfect, every single member of staff could not have done more to ensure the day ran smoothly. Even after our guests left we were able to stay up for a nightcap or two in the conservatory which was a lovely end to the day. A year and a half on and family and friends still talk how about how good the day was, the perfect venue and the superb food. Amazing wedding dayAmazing wedding day
Where to even start! Myself and my husband had our amazing big day on the 16th November. We attended a wedding three years prior and I knew then that if and when we got married it would be here. We booked our wedding over two years ago. Upon the first visit we were absolutely blown away with the kindness and hospitality of the staff at De Courceys. We felt comfortable, at ease and so relaxed. The manor along with the grounds are absolutely stunning with perfect opportunities for photographs! Every meeting and food tasting session we attended (there were a few, the food is so amazing we just couldn’t get enough!), the staff were amazing and so friendly. Every email or query we had, Lewis responded quickly and helped us throughout our planning suggesting different ideas as we had no idea. The run up to the wedding I felt extremely nervous as I didn’t have time to decorate the venue myself and I must say, the staff done an absolutely fantastic job, the rooms looked amazing, far better than I could have ever done myself! Every single detail was out of this world, it was nothing but perfect! The wedding breakfast was outstanding, every course was presented beautifully and tasted incredible! The evening food was just as fantastic! The day ran smoothly thanks to Lewis and all the staff and ourselves and all our guests had the most amazing day! The bridal suite was fantastic, the cottages were amazing! Every single member of staff on the day were so attentive, even down to Nicola sewing my dress! Thank you so so much to all of you, for making our dreams of the wedding come true! We wish we could do the day all over again, there isn’t one thing we would change! Not quite sure where to start as no words could ever sum up our perfect wedding day at De Courceys. From the minute we walked in to the very special venue, we both fell in love with it. Thank you so much to Lewis, Abigail, Rachel, Mary and all of the staff who just couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we first looked at De Courceys, we were impressed with the staff, the space available and of course, the wonderful food. In the run up to our big day, you were fabulous at responding promptly to my emails, and I felt at ease knowing that our big day was in a safe pair of hands. Everything on our wedding day was perfect; we have had so many people tell us what a great time they had, and I think a lot of that is owed to you and your amazing team.We would just like to say an enormous thank you for making our wedding day so incredible. Perfect Winter WeddingPerfect Winter Wedding
We recently chose DeCourceys for our small winter wedding and it was undoubtedly the best wedding venue we could have chosen. From the first visit where Lewis showed us around the venue to leaving the morning after our wedding, the venue and staff were perfect the entire time. Abi and Lewis were always on hand in the run up to the wedding to answer any questions we had, they were so flexible in tailoring the winter wedding package to us and we always felt so reassured and secure in their expert hands. We met with Abi for our pre wedding consultation and she was just incredible, nothing felt like too much trouble, she offered us great advice and reassurance and is clearly very talented at what she does. On the day, the service staff were fantastic, lots of our guests have commented on how amazing they were and that they are the best venue staff they've come across. The food is absolutely to die for and it was brilliant to able to give our guests so much choice and to know each course was going to be absolutely delicious. My husband and his party really appreciated the drinks to settle their nerves on arrival too! We want to thank all the staff involved in the fantastic running of DeCourceys and can't recommend the venue enough. Their combination of affordability, flexibility, personalisation, incredible food, warm hospitality and talented staff is truly exceptional and they deserve every award!
