From the moment you arrive at Best Western Donnington Manor Hotel for your wedding day, you’ll receive the warmest of welcomes and a level of service that will make the experience unforgettable.
Based in Sevenoaks in the picturesque county of Kent, our venue has recently undergone a huge refurbishment and provides a tranquil and stunning setting for your special day.
We are licenced to host Civil Marriages and Partnerships any day of the week and have space to accommodate weddings of varied sizes. The gorgeous Riverhead Suite can accommodate 180 for a ceremony, 120 for your wedding breakfast and up to 200 for the evening function, whereas our smaller space The Cromwell Suite is an elegant room that can host up to 80 for a ceremony and 60 for the wedding breakfast and evening function.
As part of your wedding package we’ll provide the flowers for the reception, two bouquets and a luxurious complimentary room for the Bride and Groom. As a special gift to you and your partner, we even gift you your silver plated engraved cake knife.
Our expert team will give you the reception you deserve with an exceptional selection of menus and packages full of fresh, local food and fine wines. All of our packages offer exceptional value for money without compromising on unbeatable service and luxury for one of the most important days of your life.

- DDiane and Keith-27/06/2016Private Message - Wedding Feedback- Private Message - Wedding Feedback-Dear Joanna, Keith and I want to thank you sincerely for the very professional and kind way you helped us with our wedding. You were wonderful, never panicking, always smiling and most importantly, always ready to please. Leading up to our big day, I was often in a panic myself due to one problem or another, but you would always be ready with an answer for me. As for the actual wedding day, the hours you worked were beyond the call of duty. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I should like to mention about the wedding breakfast room. It was breath-taking and I know everybody gave a hand in completing it, but was mainly due to Vicki Costin’s gorgeous artistic expertise, with the help of her team. By the way, her flowers were beautiful and some are still being enjoyed today. Your whole team must love and respect you, to all work well together. Our Toast Master was not your usual one, Barry Simms. By the way, please thank Barry for recommending a super replacement, namely John Yarrow, what a marvellous asset. He helped immensely to keep both Keith and I calm. Then to mention the food, which was excellent and certainly appreciated by all of our guests, so a big ‘thankyou’ to your chef and his team. As for your photographer, Matt Evans. He worked like a beaver, rushing around to get this and that shot. No-one would have guessed he had been so ill, just a few short weeks before. Hey, your Reception staff shouldn’t be forgotten either. They were always very patient with us too. You should all be so proud of yourselves. Everyone one of our guests have said it was the best wedding they have ever attended, plus many have asked if we can do it all again, quite some accolade. How grateful Keith and I are to you, Joanna, for being such a wonderfully professional coordinator, to bring that magical touch we achieved between us all.
