Situated in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and on the edge of a wonderful historic village, Hooton Pagnell Hall is a magnificent country house set within 5 acres of truly idyllic gardens. With original features and antique furnishings, there’s something special to be seen in each corner of the venue. Having been in the same family for over 300 years, there are only under 30 bespoke weddings planned to take place at the Hall in any year. Hooton Pagnell Hall is only available for exclusive hire, and with no more than one wedding a week, it’s your very own home for the day. With the choice to hold your ceremony at the local village church, All Saints Hooton Pagnell or a Civil Ceremony ceremony either inside the Hall, in the Medieval, yet elegant Tithe Barn or in the Summer House; the options are vast. An outdoor ceremony can also take place in the Summer Garden with the backdrop of the Pavilion and seasonal flowers. After your wedding ceremony, your guests are invited to wander through the beautiful gardens and relax on the terrace, whilst you make the most of the fantastic photographic opportunities afforded by our stunning grounds and historic architecture. Should the English weather disappoint, then the Tithe Barn, the Oak Hall and the Summer House all provide a wonderful backdrop for your photographs and sublime spaces for your drinks reception. Accommodation is available at Stable Arches Boutique Accommodation, which presently has five luxurious en-suite bedrooms, with another 4 beautiful rooms due for completion in March 2020. This is nestled within the Edwardian wing of Hooton Pagnell Hall. Located on a Private Estate in a picture-perfect village of stone cottages, Hooton Pagnell Hall is 8 miles from Doncaster, 30 miles from Leeds, 22 miles from Sheffield, and classic York is only a short journey away. Doncaster train station is also just a 20-minute drive away, meaning great links to London, amongst other cities.

We could not have picked a better wedding venue for our special day. Everything was just perfect, from the beautiful grounds full of photo opportunities to the amazing tithe barn where we had our wedding breakfast and reception. Nick, Judi and the team could not do enough for us in the lead up and also on the wedding day, they work so hard to make sure every detail is cared for. It’s such a unique venue, it took our breath away every time we visited. Very highly recommended! We could not have picked a better wedding venue for our special day. Everything was just perfect, from the beautiful grounds full of photo opportunities to the amazing tithe barn where we had our wedding breakfast and reception. Nick, Judi and the team could not do enough for us in the lead up and also on the wedding day, they work so hard to make sure every detail is cared for. It’s such a unique venue, it took our breath away every time we visited. Very highly recommended!

To the wonderful Hooton Pagnell team, I’m not sure where to start as thank you just doesn’t feel enough! I can’t put into words how thankful we are to have had such an amazing team of people looking after us on our special day. Dan and I have been absolutely blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single one of you, you all went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything was perfect- Judy helping put my fiddly earrings in at the eleventh hour, Nick and Shannon keeping Dan and I topped up with drinks during photographs, Ella for ensuring the ceremony ran smoothly. And it certainly was perfect, I still can’t quite believe just how amazing it was, I keep having to pinch myself that it all actually did happen! All our guests have said how stunning the venue was and how fantastic the team were, always on hand for literally anything and everything, nothing was ever too much trouble so thank you again so much. From the second we stepped foot in Hooton Pagnell we not only fell in love with the venue but with you guys too! Always extremely welcoming, friendly, professional, helpful, I could go on and on! You helped make planning the day so much easier for me and were always available on the end of an email or telephone no matter what time or day! We just wish we could do it all over again! Hi Nick It was an amazing day and I would like to thank you and all your team for their efforts on the day. It didn’t go unnoticed as I’ve since been told of the little touches you did for certain guests (getting my pregnant cousin a cup of tea for example!) A number of guests have also commented on your professionalism and calm attitude throughout the day. Can you also thank Judy for me and on behalf of my bridesmaids for her help during the morning and making sure we were all fed and watered, she also looked after us during breakfast that was exquisite! Also Ella for her help with the ceremony and being friendly and welcoming to both me and Ethan, a true, relaxed professional that put us at ease even when the pressure was on. You have been there from the beginning and I want to thank you for your patience with us both and for sticking with the Harry Potter theme even though you probably had no idea what I was talking about! I don’t doubt that the day would not have been as perfect as it was without you. We already feel like we want to do the day all over again! Claudio did send us our deposit back last week so we already have that. One of my friends has also asked what white wine was served so she can purchase some? I will make sure I email some photos across as soon as I get them. Again thank you, and we will definitely be back to see you all in the future. Dear Nick and Ella (and everyone else at HPH!), We are sorry this is a little late, we recently received the photos so wanted to wait until then to send our an email. We wanted to say a HUGE thankyou for all of your hard work to make our wedding day on 24th August so special. We absolutely loved it from start to finish. The weather obviously helped, and allowed us to have our ceremony outside which was perfect (albeit a bit hot!), and we hope that you will encourage more couples to have their ceremony there. The attention to detail and organisation on the day was second to none, and meant we really didn't need to worry about anything. And we must say thankyou for taking particular care of our grandmas and making it easy for them to be involved and enjoy the day too. We have attached some photos from the day and are happy for you to use them on social media if you wish to. Hey Nick, hope you, Shannon and the girls are ok. We miss you guys loads but we're keeping busy by annoying everyone with our wedding pics and stories. Today is the first day we've caught up with friends who were at the wedding, you'll be pleased and not surprised to hear everyone is totally full of compliments about HPH, it's staff and grounds. I am not sure where to begin with writing this review! We held our wedding at Hooton Pagnell Hall on Saturday. After a bad experience with a previous venue, I was apprehensive about starting the search again. I came across Hooton Pagnell Hall and gave the venue a call, from the second I spoke to Nick in this initial phone call I knew this place would be something special. We met for a viewing of the venue and I came away with no doubt in my mind this was where we would tie the knot! Fast forward to now and we are still on cloud nine after having what we can only describe as our DREAM wedding. I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to say hand on heart there is not a single thing I would of changed about the day. The staff at Hooton Pagnell are absolutely incredible at what they do. Our day was meticulously planned and organised from start to finish. We have received so many lovely comments from our guests who were blown away by the beautiful balance of such a breathtaking venue combined with the warmest, friendliest staff who made everyone feel so at ease. Our guests were so well cared for throughout the day (not to mention ourselves) and not a single worry crossed our minds. During the run up to our big day again the lovely people at Hooton Pagnell could not do enough for us and have been so responsive and helpful. This venue truly is a magical place with the most special of staff. To Nick, Shannon, Judy, Ella, Claudio and all the other incredible staff at Hooton Pagnell we cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work and care.
