Hi Stephanie, We wanted to thank you so very much for organizing our perfect day, you have been outstanding all the way through keeping us informed with everything. We couldn't have asked for a better service it outstanding, from greeting us on arrival all the way through to the end. Also a massive thank you to Michaela and the two gentleman who were serving with her and all the rest of the team behind the scenes including the chef. All the guests commented on how fantastic everything was throughout the night, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you from the Robinson’s!! We Had to change our wedding last year to a different venue and was blown away by the Mercure. Laura and her team did everything they could to make us feel at ease and went the extra mile to make our day special. Via the M1, exit at Junction 33 and follow signs for Sheffield until you reach the Park Square roundabout then take the 4th exit off the roundabout (signposted for Theatres). Continue past Ponds Forge Sports Centre on your left, through the first set of lights, veer left at the second set of lights then get into the right hand lane. Turn right at the lights onto Norfolk Street. You will find the hotel approximately 50 yards along Norfolk Street (pull up to the barrier and press the hotel button).
