Perfect Christmas WeddingPerfect Christmas Wedding
We had our wedding at Nurstead Court just before Christmas and the day couldn't have gone any better. The venue itself is stunning with a beautiful ceremony room and library. Annabelle was so amazing throughout and the attention to detail to was impeccable. The rest of the staff on the day were faultless. The food was also delicious and served to a very high standard and better than any other wedding we've attended. Also they have a cute cottage attached to the venue where you can get ready before and stay the night after which is a great bonus. Amazing Summer Wedding Amazing Summer Wedding
Nigel and I got married here in August 2018. We had the most romantic wedding ever. We hired the house, gardens, marquee and cottage, it was the best wedding desicion we made. Nurstead is a family run venue and every single member of the team made our wedding perfect, they were most helpful every step of the way. Every aspect of our wedding was planned to perfection and Nurstead provided us with a fairy tale wedding. Reasonable price, idilic location, they gave us our dream wedding. Nigel and I got married here in August 2018. We had the most romantic wedding ever. We hired the house, gardens, marquee and cottage, it was the best wedding desicion we made. Nurstead is a family run venue and every single member of the team made our wedding perfect, they were most helpful every step of the way. Best Wedding ever- as quoted by our guests. Nurstead is a family run venue and that personal touch shines through in the care, detail and attention they give to each of their clients. They answered all our (many) queries quickly and efficiently in the run up to our big day and nothing was too much trouble. The venue is stunning, catering fantastic, good value for money and I have highly recommended it to all my friends and family for future weddings. Best Wedding ever- as quoted by our guests. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you very much for providing such a great venue for our wedding. We knew at once that it would be the perfect location for us, and we were not disappointed. I know that our guests appreciated how child friendly the location is, and everybody had a good time. The food was exactly what we had hoped for, we were particularly impressed with the Afternoon Tea, both in terms of quality and quantity. The evening disco was also perfect, we were very happy with the music that was played in addition to the tracks we had chosen. We knew that the dance floor would probably be fairly quiet, but a few of our guests made good use of it! It was also lovely to be able to use Stable Cottage as a convenient and atmospheric place to get ready. The breakfast the next morning was also extremely good. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us on our wedding day last Saturday. Thank you all for giving us a magical fairy tale wedding. The cottage was a cosy setting for a bride and bridesmaids to prepare. The house and gardens were superb, the house was beautiful and the gardens blooming. The catering was delicious and we did notice all the hard work and effort Lee went in to providing the vegetarian options, from the canapes right through to the evening barbeque. All the waiting staff were friendly and efficient. Lee in charge of the evening entertainment was spot on with the playlists. And last but not least Carol’s breakfast the following morning was a perfect way to end our wonderful stay at Nurstead Court. Above all Annabelle we would like to thank you for everything you did to help us organise our wedding, for those endless emails I sent to you, for all your help on the day, and letting us enjoy the beauty of your family home on our special day. I just wanted to say a sincere thank you for making our day one to remember for us and our guests. They could not praise you highly enough for your relaxed approach and the attention to detail and I simply could not ask for anything more. It was a great day of friends and family just being together which is what we wanted to achieve. Just watching all the children play and families/friends come together was perfect. And the food was delicious! So, thank you to you and your team. I have not got the official photo's yet, but I reckon they will defiantly show case your family home.
