Oakwell Hall provides the perfect venue for your memorable day. Ceremonies take place in the Great Hall which can seat up to 65 guests. Following your ceremony, rooms in the Hall and the walled garden are available for your wedding photography. Oakwell Hall boasts stunning views which make the perfect backdrop for your wedding photography, providing a lifetime of beautiful memories. The beautiful stone built 19th century Barn offers the opportunity to hold your wedding reception in the magnificent rural setting of Oakwell Hall country park. You have the opportunity to customise your wedding as the barn is a blank canvas for you to decorate yourself ( access to do this is avialble the day before). we have a list of preferred suppliers for catering and mobile bars which can cater for anything from a 3 course sit down wedding breakfast to a hog roast or BBQ and with prices to suit all budgets.

I couldn't rate this beautiful venue more highly. The hall itself is stunning and the grounds are delightful. Jackie and the team did everything to ensure our day ran smoothly and went out of their way to add extra special touches to personalise our big day - including garlands in the hall to match my bouquet! Oakwell Hall is simply the most perfect setting for a wedding being steeped in history and literally on our doorstep. We were allowed to have our photos taken in all the rooms which is an added bonus. We had the best day of our lives. Jackie is absolutely brilliant and made sure everything went without a hitch I highly recommend Oakwell Hall as the best wedding venue around.Oakwell Hall is simply the most perfect setting for a wedding being steeped in history and literally on our doorstep. Our wedding day at Oakwell Hall was absolutely amazing! All of the amazing staff made it totally stress free and I can't think of a more perfect place to spend our day. The hall, grounds and barn all lend themselves beautifully to photographs and having the choice to decorate the barn ourselves and bring in caterers really made the space personal to us. I can't recommend Oakwell Hall enough!Our wedding day at Oakwell Hall was absolutely amazing! Oakwell hall was the perfect venue for us both - steeped in history with beautiful grounds. The hall is astoundingly beautiful and the barn is such a characterful place to celebrate! Outside of this, Oakwell Hall gave us the opportunity to pick our own caterers, bar and decorations, so the result was truly bespoke to us both. We ended up doing a lot of those elements ourselves as we had always hoped for a DIY wedding - The flexibility that the hall provides makes it the perfect venue for all budgets. Jackie at Oakwell was always on hand for our many questions and went above and beyond what we had hoped. On the day she was fantastic in keeping everything in place (and keeping us calm). All in all, Oakwell Hall is the perfect venue for those wanting something unique in such a memorable setting. Wonderful venue. Wonderful venue.
My husband and I had been to several wedding venues and there wasn't one that was standing out to me.... Then we went to Oakwell hall. I fell in love straight away and knew that where I wanted to marry. The charm, the features of the hall and barn, and the overall dedication of Jackie and her team made it a dream come true. There wasn't one aspect that wasn't perfect for us. We were married in the hall, which lends itself to being just as it is, or as we did with added aspects. There is a minstrel balcony so it's perfect for singers or musicians. The gardens are perfect for pictures as us the house. The barn is a lovely size and just ouzes charm and a wonderful simplicity that is hard to match anywhere else. Jackie and her team really care and it shows leading to and on the wedding day. The next day everything was packed up for us just to take away. We would recommend Oakwell hall for really memorable day.
