26.06.19We want to say the biggest Thank You to you and everyone at Port Lympne who made our Wedding day so very very special. Everyone who shared our day with us is still on a high and talking about the whole the weekend and we can't believe how amazing it all was and how well everything went. I guess there are so many people to thank. There were lots of comments about how wonderful the food was so a big thank you to the chefs. it was all perfect, the wedding breakfast, canapes and BBQ.Simon had the staff serving and bar staff all working brilliantly and they were all lovely and very helpful so Thank You Simon. A very big Thank you to the rangers that made our Safari possible as we know you are having a problem with a naughty animal but it really meant so much to us that we could still all do the full safari, it's still a huge talking point and what a fantastic evening we had to do it. We would also like to send our deepest sympathy and thoughts to the Rhino keepers on the very sad loss of the rhino that they were sending back to the wild, they all do such amazing work with the animals and their care and rehabilitation it is so hard to lose one that they had come such a long way with but hopefully they can take comfort in all the wonderful success that they have had.Another thank you to the great security guys at the end of the night who made sure that all the guests got safely to the coaches and Bear Lodge, they went above and beyond we are sure of what they are meant to do and they were all so lovely and helpful. So we just come to you Jess. What can we say. You have been so amazing from start to finish. always on the ball, organised and always positive and helpful with any questions. You were amazing on the day and we never felt that we had to worry about anything, you were cool and calm and so very helpful and understanding, making sure Dad got his food, directions to my sister and just being so organised. Thank you so much for making the most special day so totally unbelievable. Let us know when it's a good time to call you and we will have a catch up. Thank you for such a wonderful, amazing, perfect day! We had the most special day and our guests were bowled over by how great it all was. Most of them said openly that it was the best wedding they have been to, including their own. The animal experiences really topped off the day, the tiger experience in particular was enjoyed hugely! All of the staff were also amazing from start to finish, particularly yourself, who managed to organise everything for out of the ordinary wedding. The food was lovely and the buffet in the evening catered for everyone and them some.Thank you for such a wonderful, amazing, perfect day! 17.08.19Apologies that it has taken a while for us to email you, we've been enjoying the amazing weather as well as our first week as Mr & Mrs Mount! We just wanted to say thank you so much to yourself and the team at PL for such an amazing wedding - it was the best day of our lives! Everything was so seamless throughout the day, there wasn't a single thing about the whole day that we would change and I think a lot of that is down to how amazing you all are. The whole process from our first meeting right up to the wedding day itself was so well organised on your part and at no point did we feel stressed or feel like we had to chase you for anything. Thank goodness that the weather held out for us, I think had it been this weekend, all 140 of us would have melted!! 18.05.19Nick and I got married here on Saturday and well what can I say. INCREDIBLE! I want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff, the cleaners were so kind and informed me personally when the room was ready, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure my dress was in a safe place, the rangers were on time to pick us up from bear lodge in the morning and for our giraffe encounter and were genuinely excited for us. I want to mention a special thank you to Jess our wedding organiser who’s calm personality is just what I needed!! She has been an absolute star from day one when we booked (which was about a year ago). She replies to all my questions, and believe me I do go on and on! The day was 10000% better than I expected, I thought I was going to be stressed the whole day but nope not at all! Not to mention how absolutely stunning the venue is! We are lucky it didn't rain but if it had done you have no worries, its stunning in every room. I honestly cannot recommend having your wedding here enough, they were so so accommodating and we will definitely be spending every anniversary here that is for sure! I want the day to happen 100 times over again!
