We hold a licence for civil ceremonies. Our beautiful wedding function suite allows brides and grooms to make their wedding dreams come true and become memories for a lifetime. Nestled in the heart of the Kentish countryside The Orchard Suite is an enchanting setting for the most memorable day of your life. Situated in Otham, The Orchard Suite is surrounded by acres of picturesque landscape, combining rolling hills, woodland and romantic orchards: creating an exquisite scene for the perfect wedding. We have our main Orchard suite which caters for 100 to 250 guests. Our Terrace room which holds up to 60 guests. And our Oak rooms which cater for up to 80 guests (exclusive use) All these private rooms have their own bar and cloakroom facilities.

For me personally from getting to know our couples over the space of a year or more during the planning process, to the moment they say 'I do' i don't just treat them as clients but as if they are family! Valentines Day Wedding 2017Valentines Day Wedding 2017
We used the Orchard for our wedding on Valentine's Day and the day could not have been more perfect! From the minute we met with Annie and Jess we knew that not only would the venue give us everything we wanted, but that the people involved would care as much as we did! It has everything you would need - we used the Oak rooms as our wedding was more intimate, but they can also easily cater for a much bigger day, and are currently redecorating the venue to ensure everything is perfect! Pretty much everyone commented on how perfect and beautiful the space was - intimate but plenty of room to accommodate over 60 people in the oak rooms! For us, it wasn't just about the venue, but the people too. And Jess (and her team on the day) was not only welcoming but also so so accommodating and it's down to them that our day was so perfect!! Just the perfect place to make dreams come true - it's so good we are going to drop in on the wedding fayre on the 5th march just so we can say hi and relive our magical day! OMG!! Where do i start!! Had my wedding at The Orchard in July and it was absolutely STUNNING!! Every detail was so well thought out, so carefully planned and truly amazing. Ive been to a few weddings this year, but i have to say... mine at the Orchard absolutely smashed it!!! The wedding team are just amazing, they ran the day smoothly and it was a complete dream!! xxxxOMG!! Where do i start!! Had my wedding at The Orchard in July and it was absolutely STUNNING!! Every detail was so well thought out, so carefully planned and truly amazing. Ive been to a few weddings this year, but i have to say... mine at the Orchard absolutely smashed it!!! We had our wedding at The Orchard and were blown away with how amazing it was!! The staff were brilliant, so polite and accommodating. The wedding team were flawless with the planning and making everything so perfect for us! All the suppliers were spot on, the cake, the flowers, the car, photographer, chef, the toastmaster- all amazing! Thank you all so much! The day was perfect and we wouldn't change a single thing. We cant thank you enough for making our day so special. We had our wedding at The Orchard and were blown away with how amazing it was!! The staff were brilliant, so polite and accommodating. The wedding team were flawless with the planning and making everything so perfect for us! We had our wedding here last month and we're still on cloud 9. Everything was perfect, we had the best day ever. The venue is stunning but the time and effort put in to personalise the decor was excellent and really set the scene for us. The food was outstanding and many of our guests commented on this. The day itself was incredibly well organised, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Jess was our coordinator and she really made it easy for us, as we were pretty clueless! I'm so glad we chose to hold our wedding here and would highly recommend it. It was also excellent value as so much was included. We had our wedding here on 28th July 2018 and it was amazing. From start to finish the team were brilliant. Jess was always there when I had a question or a bridzilla moment and always with a smile. The team always listened to what we wanted and how we wanted it and the venue on the day looked absolutely stunning. It was everything we wanted and more. The food was amazing and received compliments from many guest and the staff dishing up the food were all very friendly and polite. I can't thank the venue enough for the support whilst planning our big day and again a massive thank you for it all. I would highly highly recommend this venue for any occasion.We had our wedding here on 28th July 2018 and it was amazing. From start to finish the team were brilliant. We booked our Summer 2018 wedding in March 2016, and from the date of booking to the wedding day the whole team were amazing. We had Jess, as our in house planner, and she couldn't have done more for us. The venue itself, since its refurbishment is stunning, the outside ceremony area is beautiful with great views. We was able to use the whole venue, which gave a relaxed feeling to the day as our guest were able to do what they wanted. Food was excellent, the main meal and the buffet in the evening. Their recommended DJ was great, and really listened to the type of music we like. My Wife and I had our magical day here. The staff were so friendly and Jess (our Wedding coordinator) was so helpful and accomodating all throughout the planning process which began a year before the wedding. My Wife has very specific dietary requirements that they accomodated to brilliantly along with some of our guests. The attention to detail was amazing and nothing was ever too much for them. The venue itself was absolutely stunning. From chandeliers to cushions it was beautifully decorated and a perfect location for our dream wedding. The venue offers fantastic packages and has great suppliers.My Wife and I had our magical day here. The staff were so friendly and Jess (our Wedding coordinator) was so helpful and accomodating all throughout the planning process which began a year before the wedding. A big thank you to Jess and her team for a fantastic party to celebrate our wedding with our family and friends on our return from Aruba. The venue is breathtaking and all the guests commented on how lovely it was. The refurbishment has taken it to another level. We had a wonderful evening and everything went to plan thanks to Jess.
