The building is encased in glass and really offers something different for your wedding guests. The event space is connected to the beautiful Temperate House (indoor botanical garden) a sensory experience not to be missed. Licensed for up to 120 for a civil ceremony, your guests will be blown away by the stunning views of the river and gardens as they enjoy drinks on the terrace. The venue offers a beautiful and unique setting for your wedding day.

Our versatile approach to events and hospitality in conjunction with our extensive network of people ensures that we can successfully manage events of any size. Our inspired team are on hand to plan your wedding with you and look forward to working hard to ensure your day is one to remember. The Venue hire includes exclusive use of The Riverside Glasshouse which includes the dining area with space from 30 - 120 for seated dining experiences. The use of our indoor botanical garden (The Temperate house) for your ceremony & dancing in the evening. A separate room to meet with your Registrars. We are also in the middle of a stunning park with river views and amazing photograph opportunities all around.

- KKatie & Paul18/06/2020Our dream day was amazingOur dream day was amazingWe cannot begin to express how fantastic Steven, Sarah, Chef Russell, Ben and the rest of the team at Just Inspire were. The attention to detail and care that they took over helping us form our dream day was amazing. Rather than present us with a package like many venues, they really took the time to get to know us, and came up with some fantastic suggestions to make the day feel unique and special. From taking the care to come up with a sociable sharing wedding breakfast that felt really us, to even finer points such as placing our table in the middle of our guests rather than the front of the room. We've had comments from all of our guests about how much they loved the food - my Dad loved it so much he mentioned in his speech! They were completely flexible through all the planning and right up to the day itself. Sarah even stayed later on the night before the wedding when we overran with setting up the decorations and made us feel that it was no trouble. And I believe the bar staff sourced apple sours for some rowdy friends when they didn't have any behind the bar! The management of the day itself was impeccable. It ran incredibly smoothly - so smoothly that you almost didn't notice anyone taking care of things, but whenever you needed something someone was always there to help. The venue is absolutely stunning, and they were charming people to boot who made us feel that they were just as invested in making it a great day as we were. The fact that the aisle was amongst the trees and over the pond added an extra special touch to it. We decided to have the ceremony and the reception at the glasshouse and I’m so glad we did. Our guests were amazed by the picturesque venue and it made it so much more perfect to be able to have everything all in the one place and finish the night dancing under the trees-where else do you get that? Steven and Sarah were so helpful with absolutely everything and as soon as I met them they put all my worries at ease. Nothing was too much hassle and any query I had they solved or problem I had they found a solution. I couldn’t have wished for better people to support our day for us. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It’s so unique and the views for the pictures provide so many choices for a backdrop. the Scenes outside provide so much scenery to the venue too that very little is required to accessorise it at all. With half the guests coming from Ireland for the celebrations we drank the venue dry on several occasions and I only found out about it the next day as the staff made sure everything ran absolutely smoothly The staff were so helpful in ensuring and they did an absolutely incredible job of it. They had a vision of how everything would be planned out which surpassed what we could have ever imagined. We held our reception at Jephson Gardens (with our ceremony across the road at the Pump Rooms and ran by the same people). Everything seemed to go without a hitch or at least we were unaware to any problems. We started the reception with drinks and canapes and an acoustic duo who performed on the terrace for our guests (and any lucky passers-by!) to enjoy. We then had food which many of our guests commented was the best food they had ever received at a wedding. For mains we had the roast beef or vegetable terrine and for dessert we had the cheesecake. I can highly recommend both! Steve, Sarah and the rest of the team are so professional yet so friendly and will really do their utmost to make your day special (they even had a dance with me at the reception!) 100% recommendedThe service we received from Just Inspire events was beyond our expectation from start to finish. JustInspire inherited us from previous owners and how lucky we were! The attention to detail from Steven and Sarah is perfection. When planning our wedding they just said tell us what you want and we will make it work, it was a kinda design your wedding with a little recommendation and we make it perfect. Trust their judgement, they are awesome at what they do. We were escorted through the gates to the front of the temperate house were our cars stayed. Our photos are stunning. The drinks reception was in the temperate house with a live singer. The vibe is lovely. Then onto the breakfast in the main building over looking the gorgeous river! The food omg the food! Perfection. Served on sharing boards perfect for socialising. If you are a foodie this venue is a must, incredible food which sometimes you don’t get from large events. Then the party and wow what a party! These guys threw a good one. The party was in the temperate house, perfect surrounding. Steven was on hand for everything we needed and even helped with a few cheeky photos. Ourselves and our guests are in awe of the incredible wedding they produced! I wish we could do it all again and if we could we would choose this venue and team every time. Thanks so much guys for the most magical wedding day! We cannot thank the whole team enough for just being just so amazing throughout the whole process of planning our day. We have received non stop compliments about all of the team from the day and so it's important these are passed on! We really feel like both Steven & Sarah became good friends and put aside so much time for us when we had multiple questions or queries (or to answer my never ending lists!) whether meeting for a drink, coffee or even arranging a food tasting for us at the pump rooms- I have never met someone like Sarah who is so attentive, the fact that she knew the days breakdown by timings along with all the tiny details off by heart was amazing! The way everyone was greeted by the team on arrival from the church and directed toward the venue as they entered the park to Steven escorting our wedding car through to the front of the venue were just a couple of the tiny details that made our day so special- Not forgetting how all meals were served by the team, this was just so professional. The arrival was perfect, the setting was beautiful and the food was delicious! We have had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic and this team have been absolutely brilliant. This is impossible, all of our weddings are amazing for different reasons but the most common is seeing our couples friends and family come together passing food around the table as though they were at home, we want our guests to feel relaxed and remember the day for all of the right reasons.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Start to visit venues as soon as you can, as that's when the majority of questions are answered... allowing you to start enjoying planning your special day.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
The singing waiters were amazing as the guests had no idea that the waiters who had been serving their drinks would burst into song.

Amongst the tropical plants in Temperate House however photographers really are spoilt for choice in and around Jephson Gardens
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
Not specifically at our venue, but just so you know, every Client is a celebrity at The Riverside Glasshouse. We have, however, worked with many celebrities as Private Clients and also at some of the venues that we work with. In the last five years, our MD Steven holland has looked after the Queen on two occasions. We have also worked with several Celebrity Chefs along the way...
What’s your favourite canapé?
Arancini balls or maybe, Parma ham, mozzarella and sun-blushed tomato croûte or should I say vegan rainbow spring rolls (VG).... Hard to say, no sorry I can't make up my mind.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Chef Russell's own recipe Mac 'n' Cheese or maybe the meatballs marinara with short (no mess) spaghetti and parmesan, we serve all of our evening food Streetfood style, no messy buffets at The Riverside Glasshouse...
What is your venue's most unique feature?
The views of the park and the riverside location are unbeatable and not many venues can boast their very own indoor botanical garden to hold ceremonies in or dance the night away in. Did you know that our aisle has it's very own pond and stunning plants from all over the world.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our people are our biggest asset, they have the biggest impact on any event and we could not do it without them. Sarah, Russell, George, Jade, Mia, Nick, Elaine, Flav, Steve, Mia, Chloe, Mark, Milo to name but a few... Wait until you experience their warm welcome and professionalism .
