Its ideal location in the beautiful village of Marsh Gibbon is conveniently close to Bicester, Buckingham and Aylesbury and within easy reach of the M40. Our beautiful walled garden is perfect for your drinks reception and is overrun with photo opportunities that provides the perfect backdrop for your memories of your special day. We pride ourselves on our warm hospitality, attention to detail and friendly yet professional service. Exclusive use of all our facilities at Manor Farm Barn Meetings, support and advice to help plan your special day A dedicated member of the Manor Farm Barn team who will be on hand to help with the smooth-running of the day Chairs & Tables plus Dance Floor Fully lined marquee extension Glasses and staff to support the chosen drinks package, and a fully stocked reasonably priced, licensed bar One of our catering partners will quote for your catering package, which will include crockery, cutlery, table linen and staff Table number stands, coat rack & umbrellas No charge for extra evening guests though we do need to gain an accurate idea of evening numbers as there are restrictions; this also enables us to staff the venue and stock the bar appropriately Use of marquee & garden furniture for pre wedding-breakfast drinks (served in the garden) Plenty of parking where cars can be left overnight and picked up the next day

Dear Vicki and Tony Thank you for Saturday…it was all we had hoped for and more! Your wonderful Manor Farm setting was perfect in every way for our daughter and new son-in-law's wedding reception, and your dedication and attentiveness to all their guests was superb. Throughout all our planning and the day itself we felt that nothing was too much trouble. You dealt with all our questions and enquiries with professionalism and always put us at ease. Many guests have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, commenting on the fantastic setting of both the drinks reception on the extensive lawns, and the tythe barn itself. The catering was also excellent and we all enjoyed the delicious canapés and spit-roast reception meal - superb food and so much of it! All this, combined with the Ceili dancing made the most special occasion for us all, especially Sarah and Phil! We would certainly recommend Manor Farm Barn to anyone! e do not have words enough to thank Vikki & Tony Heath from Manor Farm Tythe Barn for helping to make our wedding day quite simply perfect! They are exceptionally special people who helped us to realise our vision for our wedding reception. They had so much time for us before the big day and are so talented at the preparation, that our whole experience with them was such a pleasure! Our afternoon started with drinks on the lawn accompanied by a vintage singer, before moving into the exceptionally beautiful Tythe Barn for afternoon tea and then dancing the night away with a ceilidh. However, the beauty of this venue is that you can make the day completely your own; they are utterly flexible and open to your ideas and wishes. Throughout the day their team were exceptionally professional and hugely friendly with it. Vikki and Tony’s organisation is second-to-none! Right from the very first meeting, we knew that Vikki & Tony Heath were going to make our day special - in fact, I think we only had 3 meetings in total. We trusted their judgement in respect of on the day arrangements in the event of inclement weather. As it happens, the sun shone which made drinks and canapes on the lawn so lovely, with glasses constantly being topped up. The barn looked beautiful when we entered for the reception and all our guests were wowed by it. Manor Farm Barn's preferred caterers, Lamb Catering (based in Oxford), delivered incredible food throughout the day.
