The Holt Hotel is highly renowned for weddings in Oxfordshire and also has a licence for civil ceremonies. We can accommodate weddings and parties of up to 260 guests but no wedding or celebration is too small. In addition to our wonderful facilities we boast stunning landscaped gardens and grounds for those all important photographs. Our Wedding Coordinator, Emma, will be on hand to support you at every step of the process, however lavish your celebrations.

The day was managed to perfectionThe day was managed to perfection
We had an incredible wedding ceremony and lunch at The Holt Hotel! The day was managed to perfection by Petr and his team who made our day so very special. We had a beautiful lunch following the civil ceremony, food was delicious and what a wonderful spread of deserts for our guests to choose from. Thanks to all of the team for putting big smiles on our faces and making our day memorable. The sun even came out for us to have some photos in the hotels beautiful grounds.We had an incredible wedding ceremony and lunch at The Holt Hotel! The day was managed to perfection by Petr and his team who made our day so very special. We had a beautiful lunch following the civil ceremony, food was delicious and what a wonderful spread of deserts for our guests to choose from. My family and I attended our friend’s wedding on the 23rd Feb. I cannot imagine anywhere putting on a wedding better than this. Nice place for such an event and you also managed good weather for the occasion. The wedding breakfast was first class as was everything else. Well done! We stayed at the Hotel for my cousins wedding! The room was fantastic and the venue was excellent for the wedding! The wedding breakfast was delicious and the presentation was excellent! We had our wedding at The Holt recently and were very pleased we chose the venue. The sales manager, Emma, was friendly and organised from the day of first meeting to the wedding itself. In planning the wedding, email communications were great with all questions answered along the way. The main function room was renovated fairly recently, and it was lovely. The gardens also looked great, albeit too cold to use them much on our wedding day. The food was delicious and guests gave many positive comments. We felt the wedding package offered good value, especially compared to other venues locally. Emma was on hand throughout the day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. My wife and I stayed a night at Holt to attend a wedding at the Holt the following day. We received a warm welcome on check in. Our room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent and the bar staff looked after us well. Breakfast the following morning did not disappoint! The wedding ceremony went really well. The hotel had many places to take interesting photos. The luncheon carvery was excellent. The Holt Hotel is a beautiful place. The team are fantastic! Nothing is to much trouble for them during your stay. I was so lucky to have my wedding day at the holt hotel, i couldnt of asked for a better time. Emma our wedding planner was amazing, she helped us every step of the way. The hotel is clean and tidy and the breakfast is scrumptious. The value for money is excellent!! I would really recommend!The Holt Hotel is a beautiful place. The team are fantastic! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Holt Hotel and we couldn’t of been happier! Emma the sales manager and her team were fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending The HoltI have no hesitation in recommending The Holt
Had my daughter's wedding breakfast (approx 100 seated people) and evening reception (approx 150 people) her. Top class food and hospitality, including the level of service provided. All staff were most helpful and friendly, Emma the wedding event manager could not be more helpful and accommodating with all the arrangements for a very enjoyable and successful event for my daughter and son in law. My wife and I also stayed overnight at the hotel after the wedding reception. We found our room comfortable and having plenty of space to relax. Managed to get a good night's sleep as the bed was very comfortable. All room facilities were well presented. The hotel as a whole has a good atmosphere, with plenty of communal areas to relax, also as well as a restaurant there is a bar available to sit and enjoy good menu of bar meals. Had 20 rooms for the weekend for our daughters wedding. The staff were outstanding. Emma, Petr and Sean couldn't do enough for us. Made all of our guests so welcome. They were absolutely outstanding with their management of our function. The chefs And their serving team, prepared and served a 3 course meal for 90 guests and not one single complaint except the size of the portions, which were massive!! The food was absolutely 5 star and hot and every table got exactly what they ordered. From the moment we arrived until we left on the Sunday, the whole experience was phenomenal. The staff was amazing.The staff was amazing.
Amazing history of the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, as we were attending a wedding. We loved the traditional furnishings throughout the hotel. Our room very spacious with a balcony looking out to garden. The staff was amazing. Our server a British young lady was very thoughtful & friendly. The food was amazing- breakfast, dinner & especially for the wedding sit down dinner. Also, on our last day we had the Carvery dinner, very outstanding! The children loved using the pool table. The surrounding garden area very beautiful. We would to stay again! Thank you!Amazing history of the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, as we were attending a wedding.
