Chartridge Lodge has proved popular for both grand gatherings and smaller intimate parties.
From a simple soiree to civil partnerships and traditional Asian weddings, it is probably the most perfect all year round wedding location.
We can cater up to 100 guests for your wedding breakfast in the elegantly decorated Lodge. For your evening reception we can accommodate up to 150 guests in the Orangery, overlooking our delightful grounds.
Immediately adjacent to the wedding reception rooms of the Lodge are beautiful landscaped gardens. Consequently this is an ideal location to enjoy drinks. The gardens also provide an ideal picturesque setting for stunning wedding photos.
Whatever your requirements, our experienced wedding co-ordinator will support you every step of the way to ensure you have a perfect day. So don’t hesitate, come and take a look, you won’t be disappointed. Most of all an event manager will be on hand on your big day to ensure all runs smoothly and will act as master of ceremonies if required.

Being spoilt by the excellent weather our guests enjoyed the evening out in the garden and it was wonderful to be able to use the whole the Lodge. My husband and I specially enjoyed the quiet time we had together, before the wedding breakfast, strolling through the grounds. They are so serene and beautiful, we were able to reflect on our wonderful ceremony in peace and begin to full comprehend that we are officially husband and wife. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating for individual needs. The Library room is beautiful and spacious enough for preparing for the big day ahead and is a perfect setting for photographs with your bridesmaids.Emily Gilbert, the Events Manager, was very informative and well versed in her role which made wedding planning very seamless and enjoyable.
