Description

The Party Field is a unique wedding venue set in heart of the South Downs National Park in the historic town of Lewes. It is easily accessible from London, taking just an hour on the train. The Party Field offers you exclusive use of the truly picturesque field, set at the foot of South Downs, for the weekend. You can therefore invite your guests to join you in camping under the stars and let your wedding continue for the duration of the weekend. Guests have private use of the field from Friday through to Sunday allowing you to create the wedding of your dreams. The Party Field excels in letting you create a truly unique day with their bespoke service letting you create the perfect event for you. We are experienced event organisers who can help as much or as little as needed. We can organise everything so all you and your guests need to do is arrive and enjoy your wedding or you can simply hire the field and organise your own event using our trusted suppliers. We have established strong relationships with their exclusive list of preferred suppliers, one of which is a very talented sound company in Brighton, who will liaise with the band or DJ prior to the big day and ensure that all their needs are met and exactly the right equipment is waiting for them on their arrival. The field has been host to some amazing weddings over the last three seasons, from mini festival style weddings, with giant tipis, bands playing, street food vans, deck chairs and bouncy castles to the most elegant and beautiful white traditional marquees with the entrance to the field delicately lit with fairy lights making a truly magical feel.

I held my 40th at The Party Field in Lewes a couple of weeks ago and couldn't praise it enough from the location, help provided and the day itself. All day people kept coming up to me asking how I discovered such an amazing venue and it is truly unique and an amazing place to hold an event. Lucy at The Party Field was incredible and was constantly on hand to help me shape the day so it was perfect... I would also highly recommend you hire their shower, you can't imagine how good it is!!I held my 40th at The Party Field in Lewes a couple of weeks ago and couldn't praise it enough from the location, help provided and the day itself. All day people kept coming up to me asking how I discovered such an amazing venue and it is truly unique and an amazing place to hold an event. Lucy at The Party Field was incredible and was constantly on hand to help me shape the day so it was perfect... I would also highly recommend you hire their shower, you can't imagine how good it is!!

We had our wedding reception at the Part Field and I cannot recommend the venue highly enough. We were blessed with perfect weather and the field provided the perfect blank canvas for our day. Everyone commented on the location, it really is a stunning back drop to create the wedding you want and close to Lewes so was convenient for everyone to travel to. Thank you so much for Sarah at the Party Field for making it such a special day.We had our wedding reception at the Part Field and I cannot recommend the venue highly enough. We had our wedding celebration at The Party Field in August this year. Luckily we had fantastic weather and the setting was absolutely magical. If you want to have an outdoor celebration, wedding or party the field is amazing, in a beautiful setting surrounded by countryside and the downs but only a few minutes from Lewes. Lucy and co were really helpful and having a list of suppliers for bell tents, tipi's and sound systems etc made it so much easier to plan. Book this gem before everyone hears about it and it gets too popular! Thanks for a magical weekend in the field! We will be back! As the night fell we had the pleasure of the warm camp fire to keep everyone toasty warm. When designing our dream wedding, Sarah and Lucy were so helpful and always on hand with great ideas and directed us towards the best companies and contacts to use. We had amazing compliments from our guests about how relaxed and different it was and how much they thoroughly enjoyed it. Jon and I had our wedding at the Party field this summer and it was just stunning. The scenery, location, privacy, everything was perfect. We were blessed with good weather and guests had the best time. The fire pit made the evening and guests loved the relaxed camping. Thanks to Lucy and the team for all their help. The Party Field was the first venue we looked at for our wedding reception in August 2016 and we fell in love with it! Such a stunning and unique place for a wedding reception. We had our ceremony in Lewes Town Hall and then everyone walked or taxied over to the field. We hired a big marquee, catering company and sound system. Many of our guests camped overnight - others stayed in nearby Lewes. Sarah was fantastic - she was able to recommend suppliers and help with the logistics. Highly recommend the party field for a special event that you will remember forever.The Party Field was the first venue we looked at for our wedding reception in August 2016 and we fell in love with it!
