Our 3 wedding packages offer excellent value for money, & cater for 50 day guests & an additional 50 evening guests (more may be added). Basic package includes the following:
• Room hire and set up
• Tables, cream table linen & napkins, cutlery, crockery, glassware
• A glass of pimms (choice of 3 flavours) or bucks fizz, plus non-alcoholic elderflower fizz on arrival, served on our patio (weather permitting)
• Formal 3 course menu with coffee & mints
• ½ bottle of fine house wine
• Flute of prosecco d’oc for toast
• Microphone for the speeches
• Elegant silver cake stand and knife
• Our resident DJ playing until midnight
• Fully staffed bar until midnight
• Choice of evening buffet
• Complimentary midweek round of golf for four
• Complimentary bottle of house champagne for the Bride & Groom
• Consultancy & planning from our dedicated Event Manager
(Chair covers/sashes, ceiling drapes/lights etc included in 2 of our packages)

From our very first visit, to the day of the event we were always made welcome and never made to feel uncomfortable with the untold questions we had! With years of experience and budgets to suit all requirements, and menus to cater for all dietary needs covered in all aspects. The setting of this venue is located at the back of the Downs offering magnificent views set looking over the Golf Course, and with ample parking . If you’re looking for a venue which is central to transport amenities, this venue should be checked out. Thanks again for making a life time memory for us to treasure. It is very rare that you can attend a wedding reception and not find something that is less than perfect, but yesterday was the exception! It was without doubt exceptional! From the moment we walked in we knew that you had "pulled out all the stops" and the result was fantastic. It was obvious that you had all worked so hard and the attention to detail was wonderful, even turning on the fairy lights when the battery packs had been "hidden" under layers moss or pots of water containing flowers! We couldn't fault anything; from the way you had set up the room to the super efficient yet lovely and friendly bar staff plus the wonderfully presented and delicious food. Amazing! You all helped to work magic and make JP's and Colette's day even more special and for that we can not thank you enough. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved, it has been hugely appreciated by us.
